The perfect omelette

It's Sunday morning and here's a delicious way to start your day!


1 tbsp unsalted butter

3 eggs

3 thin slices of Brie cheese

1 tbsp fresh chopped chervil (or another delicate herb)

salt (to taste)

pepper (to taste)

Instructions: In an 8-inch non-stick pan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk eggs until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Slowly pour eggs into hot pan and continuously move egg mixture until egg starts to set on the bottom, about 30 seconds. Add cheese and herbs to one half and roll or flip as desired.
