CLEMENTINE TURMERIC SMOOTHIE


This smoothie is not only delicious but the turmeric can help if you have inflammation or arthritis 👍🏻

Freeze fruit in individual ziplocks and it's a fast, easy mid day snack. 

Add protein powder and it's a complete meal. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 clementines , peeled, segmented and frozen


  • 1 banana , sliced and frozen



1 cup 2% plain Balkan-style yogurt


1/4 cup frozen cranberries


2 tablespoons liquid honey


1/4 teaspoon turmeric

INSTRUCTIONS:

In blender, purée together clementines, banana, yogurt, cranberries, honey and turmeric until smooth.
