Hey mon it’s Mule time.

I stopped in at a local eatery here in Fort McMurray called Chez Max. If you haven’t had the pleasure of 1) eating their amazing food or 2) met the fantastic ladies that make all that taste bud smashing food do yourself the favour. It’s a fun environment with the brightly coloured decor, island music and the waft of yummy food smells. I picked up a box of spicy beef patties, a bottle of their in house brand of hot sauce (OMG)and some ginger beer for my favourite type of “Moscow Mule”. I use a really good bourbon in mine if you’re not a fan you can switch to vodka. Preferably not a bottom barrel kind :/ I promised Maxine the owner my recipe for this drink after we chatted about it. So here it is. Check out their website at www.chezmaxfortmcmurray.ca
