Margarita Marinade


I’m ready for summer. That is all. Seriously. Just bring it already. 

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup Olive oil 1/4 cup Lime Juice 1/4 cup Tequila 4 cloves garlic - minced INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Mix together ingredients in a non-reactive container (glass or plastic) 2. Immerse your proteins completely in marinade 3. Let the proteins marinate in the liquid for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator 4. Most of the alcohol cooks off when you cook the proteins.
