Simple Charcuterie Flatbreads
I love tapas. I love cheese boards. I love Charcuterie trays. I live and eat like life is a buffet and I may not get to taste anymore delicious tidbits. Could you imagine never having cheese again? Oh hell naw!
You can put almost any combination of things you love on a flatbread. The choices are as limitless as your creativity

Makes 2
Ingredients:
1/4 cup store bought tapenade (or homemade), divided
2 pieces flatbread (or naan), lightly toasted
6 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto (or another cured meat of choice), divided
4 ounces of your favourite cheese
2 tablespoons crushed pistachios
crushed red pepper flakes, optional
honey
Instructions: 1. Spread 2 tablespoons tapenade onto each piece of flatbread and top with prosciutto. Top each with a piece or shavings of cheese. And a sprinkle of pistachios.
2. Sprinkle each flatbread with crushed pepper flake if using and drizzle each with honey.
